Oh definitely high recommendations for their nagasaki champon (seafood ramen). Went to eat on a weekday evening, not too many people. I think especially that day was a bit chilly and raining, having the bowl of seafood broth ramen was such an amazing experience! It gets busy during lunch and dinner period, so if you want a dine-in, it might best to consider going in earlier than busy period.

We had a last minute reservation for Valentine’s Day and did not regret our choice. The food was delicious, service excellent, and prices are reasonable. I guess we might come back while in Halifax next time.

Really the best ramen I've had outside of Japan! During our visits with the ship we've been at Buta ramen for 5 times this summer, when I'm back in Halifax I'll definitely will go back there. Spicy Miso Ramen with wavy noodles absolutely to die for

The food was good! I always go for spicy miso one. I wish the broth would be richer

The ramen was average — nothing exceptional, but not bad either. The price was reasonable, and the staff were very friendly.

Ordered spicy miso Ramen and the potato croquettes. Ramen was very tasty. Had a nice spice level and the noodles were nice and chewy. The chasu was chopped up which I didn't like as much but it was a good amount. The potato croquettes had a great crunch on our side and a soft center. Will be back.
